Pedroia gets the MVP

Well deserved as he was the most "qualified" candidate. He led the AL in hits, runs scored, doubles, and his VORP(Value over Replacement Player) was highest among AL players. He hit great all season long, and despite being 5'6" on a good day hit 17bombs, doubling the 6'5" Joe Mauer. I know most Minnesota homers will spew about Morneau deserving it, but let me ask you this, where was he in September?? His BA dropped 10 points in the month, and he completely tanked against the White Sox. Pedroia was the most consistent player over the course of the year, and he carried the Soux while Papi was out and Manny was gone. Congrats D-Ped, you deserved it.
