As expected, the Vikings' Offense looked somewhat productive on Sunday with a workman like effort from Gus and some nice runs by AP and Chester Taylor. The D was absolutely suffocating, and other than a 17yard reception by Steve "I punch my own teammates in the face" Smith, the Panthers had only 2 plays over 15 yards. That's impressive. Jared Allen looks like the 2nd coming of Bruce Smith, just a brute DE who's motor never stops. The secondary looked better although they did still give up the dink and dunk crap to Jake DaylightcomeandyougottaDelhomme.
Overall a very impressive W over a solid team. My prediction still stands for this team, 11-5 and draft Mark Sanchez as the QB of the future.
